We use the finest professional labs to guarantee superior quality and craftsmanship of all our artwork and different finishes. Although artwork is not refundable, customer service is extremely important and our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We have been in business for 25+ years and welcome any additional questions you may have.

Shipping
Shipping: All print styles shipping within the continental United States include free standard shipping. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the US, please contact Marcia for a shipping quote.
Paper Prints generally arrive within 14 days. Metal and Acrylic Prints usually arrive 14-24 days.
If a print arrives damaged please contact Marcia within 48 hours. Please photograph the shipping box/packaging along with the actual photograph and text or email the photos to Marcia. Superior customer service is our top priority and we will address this directly on a custom basis.
